  • If you are late by more than 15 minutes, we may need to reschedule your appointment or modify your service to fit the remaining time.
  • Appointments can be made by phone, online, or in person. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot.

Cancellation Policy

  • We understand schedules change. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Health and Safety

  • Please inform our staff of any medical conditions, allergies, or pregnancy before your treatment.
  • We follow strict sanitation and sterilization standards in compliance with local health regulations to ensure safety and well-being.

Payment

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and salon gift certificates.

Children and Additional Guests

  • We welcome your children; please supervise them at all times.
  • Please refrain from bringing additional guests who are not receiving services to keep the salon environment serene for all clients.

Refund Policy

  • Our goal is your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied, please inform us immediately so we can make it right.
  • Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds. We may redo the service at an additional cost or at no extra charge depending on the issue. Please notify us within 5 working days after the service; outside this timeframe, complimentary fixes may not apply.

Personal Belongings

  • We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. Please keep your valuables with you at all times.

Right to Refuse Service

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior toward our staff or other clients.
